Our Story

Titan Home Inspections was built from a genuine interest in homes and a firsthand understanding of how stressful buying and selling can be.

After going through the process as a homeowner, William saw how important it was to have clear information when making decisions about a property. At the same time, his long-standing interest in home construction continued to grow.

That interest eventually led to professional training, certification, and the launch of Titan Home Inspections about four years ago.

Since then, Titan has remained a small, owner-operated company with a simple focus: provide detailed, honest inspections and help clients feel more informed about the home they’re buying, selling, or maintaining.

For Titan, it’s about giving people clarity, confidence, and a better understanding of the place they call home.

Hi, I’m William, owner and inspector at Titan Home Inspections.

I’m Canadian-born with Jamaican roots and come from a big, close-knit household. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, music, good food, and spending time with the people closest to me.

My interest in homes and construction started long before Titan. Becoming a home inspector gave me the opportunity to turn that interest into work I genuinely enjoy — helping people better understand one of the biggest investments they’ll ever make.

Having been through the buying and selling process myself, I know how many questions can come up along the way. My approach is simple: be thorough, explain things clearly, and make sure clients feel comfortable asking questions.

For me, a good inspection is about more than pointing out issues. It’s about giving you a clearer picture of the home so you can make your next decision with confidence.
